A 6-year-old fit through the rails.“Twin room” isn’t a true bedroom; it is an enclosed loft with no heat & serves as a pass-through to the upstairs room.The baseboard heaters in the upstairs bedroom didn't work.The closet had clothes & shoes belonging to the owner.Shampoo, conditioner & soap for a week-long stay were approx. 10 ml. eachThe dishwasher did not work & was not repaired. Only provided two dish towels for the week.The hot tub was not operational. We booked in Aug for Christmas week & weren’t informed until the day before check-in that the hot tub was not workingNo snow shovel available & the owner was unsure where one might be.Trash can contained trash from previous renters.Owner:With late notice regarding the non-functioning hot tub, dishwasher, & fireplace, and the non-functioning heat upstairs we asked for compensation. The owner stated, “I can offer you 10% or you can find other accommodations.” This was communicated on Dec 23 for a Dec 24 check-in, which was not a realistic option for our family.
