We originally were going to stay just one night. Then our plans changed, so I went downstairs to let the front desk know we would be staying two nights. There were two desk clerks, one older than the other, and I asked the younger lady if she could take care of that. The older one told the younger one that since I made the reservation on Expedia, I needed to call them myself, they could not help me.
I went back to the room, called Expedia and after a very lengthy conversation with Expedia, I was able to extend one extra night. I went back downstairs to let the front desk know, and immediately the older lady said I needed to move to another room. I asked why, and she said our room was being remodeled. This hotel is new, I don't think that was a true, but we were forced to move a few doors down. My wife was not happy at all. She said that in that case, we should just move to another hotel down the street.
We noticed that there were never any workers that day or the next at our original room, none. I think the front desk person, appeared to be in charge just did all of that to make our stay miserable.
The hotel was clean, modern, comfortable but lacked two things. One was a microwave, and the next was a nicer and more accommodating front desk person. The younger one was nice, smiling and tried to help us. The other, I can't say anything good about her, so I will leave it at that.
We will never stay here again.
