It is walking distance from the Deer Lake Community Pool and just a golf cart ride away from the most relaxing beach around. This house is located within the private neighborhood of Deer Lake. It sleeps 6 comfortably. Enjoy your meals at the dining table which overlooks the lake. The large back deck sits right by the lake and is the perfect spot for quiet mornings. After a long day at the beach, relax in the hot tub over looking the lake! The hot tub is professionaly serviced after each guest. Sibumi Shade available to rent for $45/week or $7/day \* 6 Seater Golf Cart included in rental \* Walking distance to community pool (no amenity cards needed for that pool) \*Amenity cards are available for purchase with this rental \* Pet friendly $25/day pet fee for first pet (Max of $150) Each additional pet is an extra $25 flat fee. Reduced rate for winter stays.The guest who books the reservation must be 25 years or older and must be present for the length of the stay in the property. Please reach out for monthly winter pricing or multiple weeks discount. TVs are awesome large screens and new. HotTub was a nice touch in the off-season. Great communication with the owner when I had questions. I would definitely rent again although I noticed the price has gone up significantly for next year. It had a beautiful view of the lake, deer, and alligators to watch. The private Deer Lake pool was a huge bonus. The club pools get so crowded that it was nice to spend some quiet time at Deer Lake Pool. Sarah was wonderful to work with before our arrival, and when the kitchen sink was leaking, Jan had the plumber to us in less than an hour. We would stay here again.
