Welcome to this stunning newly constructed 5-bedroom, 5.5-bath oceanfront retreat, designed with an inverted floor plan to maximize sweeping Atlantic views.  
  
On the top level, you’ll find the heart of the home: a gourmet kitchen with premium appliances and every chef’s dream feature, alongside a spacious living room and dining area with seating for 12\. The primary suite is also located on this floor, featuring a king bed, spa-like ensuite bath, and direct access to the oceanfront deck—the perfect place to enjoy sunrise over the waves.  
  
The second floor offers a comfortable sitting room with TV and deck access, ideal for family gatherings or movie nights. Four additional bedrooms complete this level, including two king suites, one queen suite, and a bunk room with four XL twin beds—all with private ensuite baths for comfort and privacy.  
  
With multiple oceanfront decks, spacious interiors, and luxury finishes throughout, this home is perfectly designed for entertaining, relaxing, and enjoying the beauty of Fripp Island.  
  
During your stay, take advantage of the included 4-seat golf cart, your ticket to exploring all that Fripp Island has to offer. Whether you're heading to the beach, exploring the island's unique amenities, or simply cruising around to take in the natural scenic beauty, the golf cart provides a convenient and leisurely mode of transportation.  
  
Guest Cards Included:   
Also included in your rental are up to 12 guest cards. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.  
  
Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!   
  
Getting to know Fripp Island:  
Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.   
  
Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and beverage options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 6 pickleball courts, 8 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. The island also has a full-service deep-water marina, bicycle, paddle board, kayak, boat, and golf cart rentals available.   
  
Fripp Island is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is also host to many whitetail deer and other amazing wildlife. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.
