Nestled in a serene location, this stunning 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home offers the perfect retreat. Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a well-appointed living room on one side and a sitting room on the other. Both have a large TV and various seating options. There is a calming blue and beige palette that creates a soothing atmosphere. The color scheme flows seamlessly throughout the home, enhancing its light and airy feel. A foosball table is tucked into the corner for indoor entertainment at home. The TVs are streaming only.  
  
The kitchen is a true highlight, complete with sleek stainless steel appliances and a wine fridge, perfect for entertaining or enjoying a quiet night in. Step outside to the lovely back deck, offering both screened and open areas, ideal for relaxing or dining alfresco. A gas grill is also available for outdoor cooking, and firepits on both the enclosed porch and in the backyard beckon you to spend time under the stars.  
  
Downstairs, a convenient half bath is located for guests, while the upstairs features three comfortable bedrooms. The king-sized primary bedroom boasts an en suite bath with a double vanity, a luxurious soaker tub, and a separate shower for ultimate relaxation. The second bedroom also offers a king-sized bed, while the third bedroom features a twin-over-full bunk bed, making it ideal for families or additional guests. Both of these bedrooms share a spacious hall bath. A trundle bed is included for additional sleeping options.

Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
