A Resort fee (12.8% of the base rental rate) will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards if you decide you would like to use the Resort Facilities.\*\* 171 Beach Club Villa is on the first floor and centrally located with excellent views of the canal from the screened porch. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Beach Club Villa sleeps 6 , including the sleeper sofa. Brightly decorated with a coastal theme, upon arrival you'll immediately feel relaxed and ready for your vacation. The fishing and crabbing dock is yours to use during your visit. This villa is located across the street from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and Beach Club Complex. The tennis and pickleball courts are adjacent to the condo. If you're a tennis or pickleball player, it is perfect for you. Bedroom 1 - Queen Bedroom 2 - Queen Additional - Sleeper Sofa in living room The Fripp Island Club is private and each unaccompanied guest 13 and older must have an amenity card to access the Club’s facilities. The amenity card is a temporary membership to the club. Guests must comply with all rules and regulations of the Club. \*\*Amenity cards are available for purchase when renting this home. It was stated in the description no amitiy cards, but we were unaware the importance and had to travel more than we would have liked just to eat and having to cook was not my first choice on vacation.
