Offering stunning panoramic views of the sea and mountains, this exceptional villa provides the perfect setting for relaxation and luxury.

Step outside to experience the beautiful private pool, surrounded by spacious sun terraces designed for ultimate comfort. Whether you're lounging under the sun, enjoying the heated outdoor shower, or dining al fresco, every moment here is special.  
  
Just outside the villa gate, you'll find free parking and a small park with a pétanque court, adding to the charm of this serene setting.

Three inviting double bedrooms, all with comfortable beds, spacious wardrobes, and air conditioning for your comfort.  
The master bedroom includes a private en-suite bathroom.  
A large family bathroom serves the other two bedrooms.

Pool heating is available(except for july and August ) at an additional cost of €30 per night. Due to how the system operates, this is a fixed cost for each night it is switched on and cannot be split or partially applied.
