With its own sauna and plenty of space for 4 to 9 people, this holiday home offers the perfect retreat for families, friends and anyone looking for comfort and relaxation on holiday. Enjoy the peace and quiet and the proximity to nature while feeling at home.  
  
The heart of the house is the spacious living-dining room area, equipped with an inviting fireplace, a flat-screen TV, radio, CD and DVD player, cosy seating for up to 9 people (including children) and a fully equipped kitchen. This area invites you to enjoy meals together and relaxing evenings. The four bedrooms are spread over two levels and are equipped with every comfort - from radio alarm clocks and a safe to a changing table for the little ones. Two bathrooms, each with a shower and WC, offer additional comfort. A highlight is the wellness room on the top floor, which ensures maximum relaxation with a sauna, another fireplace, relaxation loungers and entertainment electronics.  
  
The outdoor area of the house boasts a spacious terrace, a balcony and a large garden that offers plenty of space to play and relax. A brick barbecue area as well as garden furniture and sun loungers invite you to socialise outdoors, while the small sandpit in the front garden will delight the youngest guests.  
  
The area surrounding the Wellness holiday home is ideal for anyone who loves nature and outdoor activities. The idyllic Silbersee lake is just a few minutes' walk away, as are the surrounding forests, which are perfect for walks. Cycling tours, mountain biking, fishing and climbing are just some of the activities you can explore in the immediate vicinity. The location also offers the perfect combination of tranquillity and proximity to exciting leisure activities.

Points forts : Propreté

Saubers Haus,alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Sogar Bügeleisen,Toater,Waffeleisen,Mixer also alle Geräte die mann in der Küche braucht.Die Betten waren auch bequem. Also es war alles zu unsere Zufriedenheit.

#### Schönes Ferienhaus, ausreichend Platz, toller Urlaub!

Wir waren im März 2018 in dem Haus und waren mit zwei Familien da (2 Erw + 2 kl. Kinder, 2 Erw + 1 kl. Kind). Dafür war das Haus optimal aufgeteilt. Jede Familie hatte zwei eigene Zimmer und ein eigenes Bad, dazu gab es dann noch 2 Aufenthaltsräume mit Kamin (1x im OG Sauna-/Wellnessbereich, 1x im EG Wozi/Küche/Essbereich). Alles, was wir benötigt haben, war im Haus vorhanden. Als wir dort waren, waren in Hessen noch keine Osterferien, deswegen war es sehr ruhig im ganzen Feriendorf. Auch im Frieloland und im Schwimmbad war es eher ruhig, was für uns mit den kleinen Kindern sehr angenehm war. Auch für schlechteres/kaltes Wetter gab es genug Möglichkeiten, mit den Kindern etwas zu unternehmen. Supermärkte etc alles in der Nähe verfügbar. Wir planen, im nächsten Jahr wiederzukommen, weil es uns so gut gefallen hat!
