The bright, very modern and stylishly furnished maisonette apartment with 100 m² and an inviting 40 m² terrace is located just a few minutes from Lake Constance. The Friedrichshafen-Kluftern train station is nearby, as are restaurants and other stores for daily needs.  
  
  
  
End the day on the very cozy terrace with a glass of wine and the sunset or start the next day with a coffee at sunrise.

The stylish accommodation is modern and furnished with attention to detail. It has high-quality furnishings and is perfect for couples, families or small groups.  
  
  
  
The apartment is as good as new, flooded with light and scores particularly well with its ceilings and spacious layout. The atmosphere in the apartment is inviting and all rooms radiate a special sense of calm and well-being.

Check-in is possible from 4 pm on the day of arrival and is fully automated using a key safe. You will receive the access code and further information on arrival and check-in by email 3 days before your arrival. Check-out on the day of departure must take place by 10 am.
