### Panoramablick 4\* apartment, exceptional view on Freudenstadt and Black Forest

Build in best Black Forest tradition, our house offers one of the largest and most personal Freudenstadt apartments. Equipped and furnished with much love, it creates with its not everyday facilities a feel-good atmosphere that invites you to dream and relax. A unique view over the meadows down to the city and the nearby, rushing, deep green forests let the soul breathe.  
  
On 121m ² of living space you will find a large living-dining room with panoramic views of Freudenstadt available, in the adjacent lounge area you can relax with good reading or enjoy movies and TV on the large plasma TV.  
  
There are two bedrooms available one with the ability to separate beds. In one you will be awakened by the morning sun, in the other you can relax with a wonderful view of the forests and the evening sun.  
  
The kitchen is also renovated and fully equipped. A seating group also allows dining "directly out of the pan" and offers views of the garden, sometimes even on the local squirrels. Our "welcome basket", Italien coffee machine and a good variety of teas are an extra plus.  
The bathroom spoils with an extra large shower area, enough towels and a selection of toiletries. Enjoy our great RITUAL products!  
The balcony offers a wonderful view down to Freudenstadt und is equipped with outdoor furniture. You may use our garden all around the house. Enjoy our garden furniture with a large sun umbrella. chill under our old chestnut tree or have dinner with possibility to barbecue in the garden. There are also plenty of blankets and pillows for extra comfort.  
Of course, you enjoy free Wi-Fi in the apartment.  
Fresh bread rolls on request for reimbursement. A selection of drinks is available for a fee at the entrance.  
Upon request, we are happy to provide our baby equipment with travel cot, children's high chair, changing table with baby bath.  
If you arrive by train, we will pick you up from the train station.  
Parking spaces for your car are available directly at the house.  
Ready-to-use maps of the surroundings allow you to start directly in the surrounding forests, hills and valleys.  
An extensive folder with suggestions and tips for excursions and activities is ready for you! We are happy to assist you with personal tips in your holiday activities.

#### Awesome stay, wish we were there longer

The accommodation was perfect, the hosts thought of everything you needed! We stayed 3 nights through the weekend and got the Black Forest card as part of the stay. The only downfall was a lot of the activities on the card fall on weekdays so we weren't able to do some of things we wanted. We still found some good hiking in the area, rented e-bikes, and went to a spa. Beautiful property and so quiet at night, best sleeps there!

#### Sehr gut ausgestattete fantastische Wohnung

5 wunderbare unbeschwerte Tage in einer perfekt eingerichteten geschmackvollen und sehr großzügigen ruhigen Wohnung inmitten von Wiesen und Wald mit herrlichem Rundumblick auf Freudenstadt. Es gab einen Kühlschrank mit Wein und einen mit Fleisch. Auf Wunsch morgens Brötchen. Rundum perfekt bei sehr lieben Leuten!

Die Wohnung ist in einem Top-Zustand und es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig. Die Gastgeber sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Ich kann die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

#### Einfach schön und erholsam

Die Wohnung ist einfach schön und hat alles, was man zum Entspannen und Erholen braucht. Alle Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Die Lage ist top, direkt am Waldrand und nach Freudenstadt zu Fuß geht man ca. 20 Minuten. Familie Müller ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Und ha tes sehr gefallen und wir werden bei nächster Geleenheit wieder kommen.

#### Kurzurlaub im Schwarzwald

Das Appartement war perfekt, großzügig und hatte eine schöne Aussicht. Wir waren sofort in guter Stimmung. Sowohl zum Wandern als auch für einen Besuch an die Stadt gut gelegen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben alles prima geregt.

#### A wonderful stay in the Black Forest

A beautiful place--very spacious, and a nice kitchen area and a balcony to enjoy the outlook over a horse farm into Black Forest National Park. Short walk down a path to the town for a wonderful stroll. Herr und Frau Müller were fantastic hosts, and will even go the extra effort to get us from the train station with our luggage. Frau makes delicious homemade bread and jam to top it off. A true hidden gem in Freudenstadt.

#### Wunderbare Schwarzwaldwohnung

Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld tadellos. Der Empfang sehr herzlich, liebevoll. Frau Müller hat uns ein frisches selbst gebackenes Brot und kleinere Aufmerksamkeiten hingestellt. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem tadellosen, gepflegten Zustand. Man sieht, wie Frau Müller die Liegenschaft liebevoll pflegt. Die Lage ist etwas vom Zentrum entfernt, aber extrem ruhig. Parkplatz neben dem Haus. Meine Partnerin und ich verbringen unsere Ferien seit Jahren in Mietwohnungen, so dass wir Vergleichsmöglichkeiten haben. Eine Wohnung in der Qualität von der von Frau Müller haben überhaupt noch nie angetroffen. Anerkennung!! Danke!!

#### Beautiful homely apartment. Great host

Lovely big spacious apartment with great views in a quiet location. 15 minute easy walk into town. If staying in Freudenstadt then would recommend it. The swimming pool ‘Panorama Bad’ is fantastic too with indoor and outdoor pools and great for kids.

#### Eine perfekte Ferienwohnung, die ihre 4 Sterne verdient trägt

Tolle und sehr umfangreiche Ausstattung, sehr bequeme und rückenfreundliche Betten, absolut ruhig, sodass man bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen kann. Sehr nette Gastgeber und nicht zuletzt die Gastgeschenke - Brot Marmelade und Schwarzwälder Schinken: wir waren rundum zufrieden und wunschlos glücklich.

#### Excellent Black Forest Getaway

Reservations were easy. The hosts were very helpful and welcoming starting with a freshly baked loaf of bread. The apartment was very well furnished and tidy. The view over the valley and town was relaxing and the chairs on the balcony even had blankets welcoming the guest to have a seat and relax. The town was within walking distance and the Market Plaza was the best one we found in 5 days. Lots of interesting castles, breweries and restaurants nearby. It also had easy access to a number of walking trails through forest. It was one of the top five VRBO's we have visited.

#### Familien-Wochenende im Schnee

Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und können gute Tipps für Unternehmungen und Restaurants geben. In der Wohnung sind aber auch noch haufenweise Broschüren und Wanderrouten zu finden. Wir waren mit Baby (4 Monate) für einige Tage zu Gast und hatten Spaziergänge in der Natur und den Weitblick über die verschneite Wiese/Felder in die Wälder genossen. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet. Café-Vollautomat, alles zum kochen und bequeme Betten. Gerne wieder :-D

Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden. Die Ferienwohnung war für uns ideal- großzügig, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Den Titel Panoramablick trägt sie völlig zurecht. Sie liegt im Grünen mit Blick auf Freudenstadt und ist dennoch nicht weit vom Zentrum. Absolut empfehlenswert.
