The cottage is ideally located for discovering the charms of the Haute-Saône countryside, offering nature walks, heritage sites, and tranquility. A beautiful character house nestled in the peaceful village of Fretigney, this spacious cottage offers all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay with family or friends.  
  
The house is spread over two levels: a ground floor and an upper floor, with a large accessible basement for secure parking. You'll also find a billiard room, ideal for relaxing evenings.  
  
The accommodation includes four comfortable bedrooms: the first on the ground floor with a queen-size bed, and the other three upstairs, including one with two single beds, ideal for children. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a large flat-screen TV. A shower room is available on the ground floor and a bathroom upstairs.  
  
You'll also enjoy a spacious garden with a relaxation lounge, a trampoline for children, mini soccer goals, a hammock, and a terrace equipped with a barbecue and a plancha for your outdoor summer meals.  
  
Inside, a welcoming dining room and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, etc.) will allow you to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. The cozy living room invites you to relax with its flat-screen TV and warm ambient lighting.
