Summary: Enjoy this bright, fully furnished home conveniently located near downtown Visalia near restaurants, shopping, Rawhide stadium, and only 45 minutes to Sequoia National Park! The Space: Completely renovated, this amazing historic home is just like new with modern amenities, comfy beds, and tons of space for a family to stay while in town. Great outside space with chimney fire pit, propane grill, and patio table. Beautifully designed and ready to host you on your next adventure to the Central Valley! Instantly fall in love with this historic craftsman navy blue house with bright lime green doors! Such a fun space with lots of outdoor spaces for photo opportunities! Inside you'll find a spacious living and dining area with games and smart TV, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The master bedroom features a comfy king bed and an attached bathroom and walk-in closet. Both bathrooms have bathtubs, perfect for the kids (or adults!) to soak after a long adventure in the Sequoia! The garage will fit a large truck or SUV. Light, bright, and airy, this is the perfect home base for all your adventures while in town. Getting Around: We suggest you use your own vehicle, but Lyft and Uber are available. Other Things to Note: The garage does not have a "clicker", but must be opened using the button inside the garage. The gate to the backyard must also be opened from the inside of the backyard. There were several issues that made it very uncomfortable as follows: the thermostat was unable to be programmed to a comfortable temperature even after the handyman showed up and re-programmed it...we were freezing in the morning, there were no mattress covers on the beds under the bottom sheet, the ceiling fans could not be turned on without the lights, there were missing planks in the fence in the backyard when we arrived (this was repaired after a call to the property manager), written instructions on how to work the TV would have been nice. One of the guests used to have a VRBO house and was very disappointed in this rental. The neighborhood is not great. ##### Lisa L.
