I have never rated a property poorly before. Please make sure you read and understand that there is a back house and it can be rented. There are no blinds in the kitchen area and den which seems very odd, so you have no privacy in the common areas. The inside of the property is relatively clean, the outside seems like they ignore. The second guest room has a terrible mattress and all particle board furniture. If you wanted a bunk room and primary bedroom then the sleeping arrangements would be fine.
