Please let me know if you want to look at the listing that is for both properties. The Neighborhood: The location where you will be staying is the Beverly Glen neighborhood of Visalia. This is a very desirable neighborhood because it is an established neighborhood with tree-lined streets and custom homes displaying styles ranging from Frank Loyd Wright esq to traditional brick 2 story homes. Getting Around: There is sufficient parking downtown if you choose not to walk. Uber and Lyft are available in Visalia, although not as quickly and consistently available as in larger cities. You will need a car for day-trips to Sequoia National Park, the central Pacific Coast, and the wineries in the Paso Robles area. Other Things to Note: You will be less than one mile from downtown! As you might expect, this is a busy street, but you will be in a residential neighborhood. The property is set back from the street and most of the sounds you will hear will be the water fountain and the birds chirping. The apartment has Roku TV with Hulu,. The table and chairs comfortably seat 4, or can be used as a workspace. Hair dryer, make-up mirror, shampoo, conditioner, luggage stand, closet, and iron/ironing board, in addition to the kitchen amenities.
