HOUSE RULES:

* NO disturbance, noise down after 10 PM
* NO BONFIRE, CAMPFIRE
* NO SMOKING
* DO NOT FLUSH tampons, baby wipes, or napkins down the toilet
* EXTRA FEES FOR PETS
- Please respect the boundaries
- Please take your SHOES OFF (we provide house sandals/flip-flops)
- Please keep the door with keypad LOCK at all times
- Please TURN OFF all lights, ceiling fans, AC, and heater before you leave
- Please put all unclean dishes in the dishwasher before you leave
- Please be sure to the put the table umbrella in the backyard in the down position before you leave
- Please put all Remote controls where it was before you leave. There will be a request to pay $100 for each one if you take it with you or if we can’t find them after your checkout.

-Any overnight guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary must provide prior notice and will be charged an additional $50 per person per night. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy of 14 guests or exceed the number of registered guests without prior notice.
