"We stayed at the stirrups for two nights with our granddaughter and found the room to be very clean, cozy and comfortable. The food on offer was of a good quality and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend the hotel to friends and would definitely stay there again. The main purpose of our stay was to visit LEGOLAND and the hotel is an easy 12 minute drive to the park."

"Was a nice hotel for the money, but don't expect super high end luxury. Paid for an upgraded room to have bath robes (had to ask for them) and Elemis toiertries (got handsoap and shampoo). The room was clean, although looking tired in places. For the money, I can't fault it, but as mentioned, don't expect a luxury spa experience. The gym, spa and pool are in another building, so not really the type of place you walk around in your slippers and robe (unless your comfortable walking through the carpark). The front of the building and reception areas do look grand, but you find the rear of the property to be a modern (guess 1960's) extension that sits awkwardly in the hotels grounds. Bonus points for being dog friendly!"
