« On avait réservé et payé 2 chambres aux noms de fangeat roland et fangeat corentin. Me presentant comme fangeat roland je n'ai pas eu la chambre de fangeat corentin. Nous avons donc passé la nuit a 3 dans la même chambre. S'apercevant de l'erreur le lendemain nous aons eu la deuxième chambre le deuxième jour Ils ont refusé de rembourser la première nuitée effectuée . J'ai eu 10 euros de compensation. Le jour du depart la comande du taxi n' a pas été effectué . C'est ma première mauvaise...

« 20m walk to the city center. It's a fun experience for once but the large dorm isn't very comfortable overall and there are probably better options at the same price. The poweroutlets next to the bed don't hold plugs very well so they keep falling. Wifi doesn't cross the thick walls very well and there are no repeaters in each room so signal isn't strong. Bunk beds the ones below have curtains, not the ones above and they are assigned. Staff is absolutely friendly and helpful »
