"If you're looking for luxury and modern amenities, this is not for you BUT if you are looking for solitude, peace and escape from city life go for it. It is a true cabin experience, does not come with sheets. Blankets are dated so walk with your own as I am not sure how often they get laundered. Brooke, our property contact was very helpful Any questions we had were answered immediately. Kitchen was well supplied with everything you need to cook. Bring your own food in, as the nearest grocery store and wine store is a bit of a drive. This is a beautiful lake house and location to explore Lake Nipissing. "We had a wonderful long weekend at Joanne's place. She was very responsive and accommodating. The house is lovely and spacious and very homely. The huge deck right on the river makes it perfect for relaxing, swimming and fishing and the hot tub tops it off! Would definitely stay here again and hopefully spot some bears across the river next time."

"Great place for the family. Lots of people on lake but it’s so narrow of a lake that you most often feel all alone. The property is very quiet and quite large. The fishing is pretty good right off the dock for kids. Caught bass, walleye amd large pike. Sauna was fantastic. Everything was as described by Darren who by the way was always available when I needed him. He was very helpful and was kind enough to let us use his kayaks and Lilly pad which the kids had an amazing time on. 5 stars all...
