"This gem in Torrey was beautifully decorated, clean, comfy and filled with everything a guest could ask for! Front and back porches have beautiful views and comfy seating. Plenty of seating in the living room to watch TV or one of the DVDs available! Plenty of books for reading and puzzles if you want to stay in rather than go to Capitol Reef. Short drive to Capitol Reef. Linda is an amazing hostess, very responsive to any questions."

"We stayed at this wonderful house for two nights while visiting Capitol Reef NP . The pictures do not do it justice. It was absolutely spotless and like a well appointed guest house. The owners have anticipated every need and are very generous with paper towels, toilet paper, washer pods, etc. The town of Loa is small but we found a restaurant, gas and a grocery store. "We stayed at 6 properties while we vacationed in Utah and this was our favorite. Modern house with spectacular views. The hospitality provided by our host exceeded expectations. Our first night we were late getting to the property. We notified Linda that we couldn't quite find it and within minutes she met us and guided us back to the house. The fridge and cupboards were stocked with goodies which was a nice surprise as well!"

"We stayed with a youth group (total 18 people) at the I rustic, but cozy location. I don't love the strange little town called Koosharem, but this place was a good fit for how large our group was and our budget restraints. If it was in the budget, I would have stayed in a cabin by the lake--but I would rather this place with a kitchen and beds than tents near the lake. We hiked Capitol Reef and fished Fish Lake. It was nice to cook some nights on the grill/fire and some nights in the kitchen....

"Having this location as an option in the remote area is great for us. This is the second time we've stayed here. The rental description is accurate and the property is well maintained. For our needs it's convenient and refreshing. The property is older and some of it can feel a little dated, but that's how it's advertised and we have no expectations of a luxury rental. "Overall we had a great experience. The location is little further from Capital Reef NP, but is not a big deal. The only complaint I had is the heating/cooling system by one of the room is very noisy. It kept my husband and I up in the middle of the night. "This home was perfect for our multi-generational group aged from 13-82. The location near Capitol Reef and Torrey made it a perfect launching point for exploring Utah’s parks.
