Find your private retreat in Fremont’s desirable Mission San Jose district. This newly built 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom detached guesthouse is a perfect sanctuary for working professionals or families, offering 880 sq. ft. of modern living space.  
  
Our guesthouse is located in a highly desirable, quiet, and crime-free neighborhood within the Mission San Jose District. You'll find plenty of amenities just a short distance away, including local parks, diverse restaurants, and shopping centers.  
  
Enter through your private, forest-covered entrance to discover a bright and welcoming open-concept living area. The roomy living room features a comfortable pull-out sleeper couch and a 65" TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.  
  
The full kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances, including a range & oven, full-size refrigerator, toaster/oven and a Keurig coffee machine. It flows into a dining area with new furnishings.  
  
Rest comfortably in one of two private bedrooms:  
  
Master Bedroom: A spacious room with a Queen bed, a walk-in closet, an en-suite private bathroom with a spacious shower, and its own French door entry. A dedicated workspace with a new desk and chair is available.  
  
Secondary Bedroom: A cozy room with a Full-sized bed and access to a second full private bathroom. This room also includes a dedicated workspace for easy connection.  
  
Enjoy the convenience of modern amenities, including central heating and air conditioning, a dedicated washer & dryer, and high-speed internet.  
  
Ample storage areas are also available, making it ideal for long-term stays.  
  
Step outside to your gorgeous patio and garden area, a perfect spot to hang out with a snack and enjoy the roses.  
  
PLEASE NOTE: Any bookings of 28 days or longer will REQUIRE a Signed Lease Agreement provided by the host. No exceptions!
