This incredibly clean and modern bedroom suite is the perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy life. Enjoy a movie on our large TV or work from home with a large desk in your room. Conveniently located near major tech hubs, Fremont BART station, highways, local shopping centers, diverse dining options, and the San Jose Airport. Powerful top of the line appliances, a cozy patio, very safe neighborhood centrally located in Fremont

In certain circumstances I can accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. Please request this as early as possible so I can confirm whether I can accommodate or not.  
  
Early Check In: 1pm instead of 3pm - $15 additional fee. Preferable 24 hours notice.  
  
Late Check Out: $10/15 min after 11am. 2pm is the absolute latest late check out time.  
  
Guests: Additional guests are $10 per night, kindly ensure your reservation is accurate with the number of guests.   
  
Please note that you are staying in a house and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them immediately.
