Ground floor. No noise pollution. Greenery is omnipresent. A huge 1000m2 swimming pool is at your disposal as well as 3 tennis courts. A kindergarten is also available for people in the residence and finally several pétanque courts in front of the residence. You are 5 minutes walk from the market and the city center of Fréjus and 3.1 km from the sea: Buses are available at the foot of the residence (free July and August). Local shops: bakery, Intermarché, Provençal market. The apartment is equipped with a bedroom with a 140\*190 bed: new bedding, wall-mounted flat screen dressing room, baby bed available.
