Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a 2-room apartment with a total area of 50 square meters, located on the 3rd floor. The accommodation is suitable for up to 4 adults and features a comfortable living room with a double sofa bed (1 x 160 cm, length 190 cm), a flat-screen TV, electric heating, and air conditioning. The living room leads out to a terrace. There is one bedroom with a bed measuring 140 cm wide and 200 cm long. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 1 induction hot plate, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, and Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine (additional capsules can be purchased). The apartment also has a shower room and a separate toilet.

The apartment is equipped with a variety of amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. It features air conditioning, a washing machine, a barbecue (electric), a dishwasher, heating, a microwave, and a television. The maximum capacity of the apartment is 4 guests, and it has one bedroom and one bathroom. Additionally, the apartment offers a small balcony of 10 square meters with a west-facing position and a large terrace of 50 square meters with terrace furniture, electric barbecue, and deck chairs (2).
