The 22 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 1 person. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a TV. This vacation rental features a private balcony for your evening relaxation.  
  
The property boasts a central, yet quiet location. There is a tram stop right in front of the building, allowing you to reach the Minster in just 10 minutes. In addition, the Mariotti ice cream parlour, various restaurants and the river are just a short walk away.
