All four beds in one room, a queen and bunk beds, so not suitable for 4 adults. Other than that, well appointed and maintained. No notebook with garbage instructions or how to use TV. Arrived to find some cleanliness issues and two broken chairs on deck. Not major, particularly for a Maine coast bungalow that may have been vacant for a while. Contacted Vacasa on Saturday evening. Sunday and Monday. Added VRBO on Monday. Local team showed Monday and mitigated problems. They said they hadn't heard anything until Monday. Every individual was polite and helpful, but somewhere between service phone and local team there was a big gap. When they arrived they still did not have all notes from earlier calls.
