The Space:

The beautiful 4BR 4.5BA will comfortably fit your large family, a girl's trip or a friends get away! There is 2 king bed, 5 queen beds, 1 full bed and 1 twin to comfortably accommodate 17 people. This property boasts two large decks and plenty of seating to take in the beach front views. Downstairs, under the house is covered where you can grill out no matter the weather. This home offers great entertainment spaces both inside and out. We have a lovely outdoor shower for use downstairs that offers hot and cold water for a quick rinse after the beach. This property is located in the City of Surfside, so you have quick access to many restaurants, Surf shops, and Golf Cart Rental Services! Check out our Guidebooks for our recommendations.



Please note that our property has an occupancy of 17 people max. We do not allow parties or events as this property as we pride ourselves in providing serene and quiet escapes for our guests to enjoy.



Guest Access:

Guest will have the entire property to themselves.



The Neighborhood:

This beachfront property is nestled in a friendly residential neighborhood in Surfside Beach, Texas, where you'll find a mix of permanent residents and vacationers. The best part? You have direct access to the beach, just steps away! Simply stroll over the dune walkover to the right of the house, and you're on the sand, ready to enjoy the sun, sea, and stunning beachfront views. While the neighborhood is primarily residential, you're within easy reach of local amenities. Explore the area and discover its charm and the convenience of beachfront living.



Other Things to Note:

- We highly advise guests purchase travel insurance during Hurricane Season. Hurricane season is June 1 - November 31st. If your reservation is affected due to a natural disaster, you will be able to reschedule your dates penalty free, but we will not issue full refunds.

- Please bring mosquito spray while vacationing to the gulf coast. Mosquitoes are part of the gulf coast climate and while we do our best to maintain the yard to help mitigate mosquitos, we cannot control them.

- Outside Shower/Water Hose - There is an outdoor shower and accessible water hose.

- There is a Charcoal grill on-site with proper grilling utensils. Please note: Charcoal is NOT provided

- There are NO parties or events allowed on this property. Our occupancy is 17 people and that must be adhered to at all times during your stay.

- We are pet friendly for a pet fee of 115 for up to two pups. If you bring pets without annotating them on your reservation you will be charged immediately.

-Early Check In/Late Check out is available (only during the off season which is after Labor Day to before Memorial Day, so please do not ask during peak season) for an additional 50 dollars upon approval this is only valid 24 hours prior to your check in date if there is not a same day turn over. Any guests that are not granted late check out and do not check out by the check-out time will be charged the additional fee.

-We are on the City of Surfside’s water. There can be an occasional sulphur smell. There is a whole house water filtration system, however we still recommend bringing drinking water and ice.



Interaction with Guests:

This property is self-check in via a lockbox. You will not have to interact with the hosts during your stay. Please feel free to message us anytime during your stay and we will be available to assist you!
