Relax on the large front porch, or gather under the house`s spacious entertaining area. The big backyard is perfect for yard games, while the convenience store and restaurants are a short stroll away. Wait `n Sea offers all the comforts of home with a beachy vibe, ideal for a relaxing coastal getaway!

● Beach Access: Less than a minute drive or 5 minute walk to Surfside Beach.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 2 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Parking: There is room for 3 cars in the driveway.

Two restful bedrooms branch off from the living space, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of fun in the sun. The first bedroom features a plush queen-size bed and a flat-screen television. Sliding glass doors lead out to a sunny deck. The second bunk room, ideal for families or friends, provides flexible sleeping arrangements with one twin bunk bed and one twin-over-full bunk bed. This room also provides access to the deck. A spacious full bathroom with a step-in shower completes the home.

Tucked into the friendly community of Surfside Beach, this quaint beach bungalow is the laid-back oasis you’ve been searching for. When your group is ready to get sandy, the beach access point is a quick walk down the lane— simply throw a beach towel over your shoulder and go! You’ll also be conveniently close to a local shop and some delicious restaurants— consider renting a golf cart for getting around this quaint community. ● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

We are unable to price match any rates found on other booking platforms.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 5 need to be approved. We love hosting church groups, family reunions, etc., but do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
