### BEACH / OCEAN FRONT - 2 KING BEDROOM CONDO WITH BIG YARD THATS TOTALLY BEACHIN!!

Escape to a sweet retreat at this 2-bedroom condo in Surfside Beach. With 2 king beds, 1 twin bed, a couch w/ottoman that push together for a kids bed, and a crib, Sleeps 6 (5 Adults)  
Welcome to our Ocean Front Condo. With nothing but sand dunes between you and the ocean, fun and relaxation is yours for the taking. Totally Beachin!!  
  
The top floor bedrooms include a master bedroom with a new adjustable, massaging, Tempur Pedic king bed.  
With large Oled wall tv's and wall to wall sliding glass doors to balcony's with chairs. There’s nothing sweeter than waking up and enjoying your ocean view in bed.  
There are in fact 4 balcony's, in this 2-story beauty, including a large main floor ocean front deck with cushioned comfortable sectional sofa.  
There is also a screened in deck, off the dining room, with table and chairs to enjoy that family breakfast around.  
Plus, each bedroom has its very own balcony and chairs to enjoy the views with :)  
Lots of living space with a sectional couch, large dining table and adjustable lazy boy, not to mention the outside sectional couch and chairs which are made for lounging on.  
There is also a desk and printer here for the working vacationer.  
I also provide a water cooler with built in ice maker, a real plus since, since surfside beach has poor water quality  
  
Our condo group also has one of the only ocean side grass yards to enjoy.  
Condos have a private dune walkover to the beach by way of the grass yard, but i prefer the public walk over which is just steps from my 2-car, car port.  
  
My theme here was beach chic, with comfort and style in mind.  
This is not a full time rental, ( i only rent it for 3 months of the year) this is my home away from home, and hopefully this shows through with the extra amenities, with everything from Charmin TP to Tide detergent provided, as well as the countless non noticeable items like large Pella hurricane proof sliders (nearly sound proof to), new roof, new siding, paint, new AC system, too much to list, but you will know that this place is well maintained versus normal rentals. I even pay for mosquito control throughout the summer.  
So if your looking for a great location with beach access, look no further!! I price mine purposely below market to make it attractive for longer stays to:)

Our day was absolutely fabulous. As you have a beach view right from the back balcony, and if you choose to go above, you have a wonderful view there as well at night when the sun goes down there’s a porch on the front that is screened in with a table That you can enjoy without the night bugs bothering you. The place was clean and wonderful as me and my new wife just got married on Saturday, October 18\. This is where we came. Will never forget it recommended to anyone I’ve stayed in many and this is one of the best I’ve been in

Great place. A little pricey. The sliding glass doors need to be fixed as I could hardly get them open using both hands and all the strength I had. I’m sure it is the salty air working. I might stay there again. The owners were very nice.
