This is a charming home with an open living room and a beautiful stone fireplace. The house has three bedrooms and one bathroom.

During your stay, go golfing at nearby Indian Mound or Province Lake or take the 30-minute drive to North Conway for outlet shopping, local boutiques, and plenty of dining options.

This property is ideal for guests seeking a hassle-free experience. Upon your arrival, the beds will already be made with fresh linens; at check-out, we provide complete garbage service for your convenience.

Property is not as advertised beach wise. There’s “beach” or sand near the deck but then a steep wooden ramp or steep wall of rocks to get down to the actual water. The photos make it look like the beach is on the water itself. Water and internet issues that were eventually fixed but slow to respond. I’d recommend bringing a mattress pad or egg crate- the beds are like rocks and the pull out is your typical thin springy mattress. Also recommend your own bedding if you like cozy- comforters and quilts all pretty old. We stayed on the Ossipee side last year, I’d likely go back to that side. Nicer beach and the rental was nicer.

Comfortable, pet friendly cottage. Loved being waterfront with own water access. Brought our small fishing boat and tied up right infront of the house. Enjoyed playing with the dogs in the water and beautiful sunsets from the screen porch.

Great dog friendly house. Didn’t get to use beach much as we have friends who live on the lake as well and that’s where we spent most of our time. Would definitely be back for a longer stay to really use the property. Screen porch was awesome for coffee in the morning and the view was perfect.

Had a great stay. Location was amazing. Screened in porch was fantastic. The views onto the lake, and for sunset were terrific. We had some issues with the wifi network/password (were incorrect) but the property mgr sorted out. We also had issues with the refrigerator not working, but property manager was at least respnsive-was not working great through the trip but we managed.

Great location

I would love to rent again. The space was enough for the number of guests allowed. Enclosed porch, deck, grill, and fire pit by the water were used daily. Water level is great for kids and water toys like floats and paddle boards. If it’s windy the water might be a little choppy but nothing major. Great view of the sun setting over the mountains. I really enjoyed my stay.

Will stay here again!

This place was great. A few additonal things would make it amazing. Could use a dock or better steps to the water and a washer/dryer would be nice.This property is perfectly sized for a family of 5, has everything a typical house/cottage would need, games, gas grill lots of seating indoor and out, every kitchen supply you would need, sheets AND tons of towels, etc. Bring your groceries, the closest convenience store is over priced and does not have much to offer. We didnt want to leave and will be back!

Weekend getaway

We booked a weekend getaway and our stay was very pleasant. It was an older cottage and some updating is needed but it had a very cozy feel. The fire pit and listening to the choppy water was very relaxing. The highlight of the trip was the views. Omg was it so breathtaking. Would definitely book again.

Comfortable lakeside cottage

If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, tidy cottage on a perfect lake, this spot checks all of the boxes. This place has all the basics you need for making great food, playing table games, reading and relaxing outside, and talking by a campfire. An incredible home base for any exploration of the White Mountains. Next time, I would rent a kayak or two just to enjoy more of Lake Ossippe's splendor. This is the place for making memories.

Relaxing!!

We had a wonderful stay. We brought our cockapoo with us and she loved it. It was very quiet and relaxing. Loved listening to the lapping of the water and eating our meals in the screened in porch. Property was just as advertised. Neighborhood was great to get a run in. Would visit again.

Wonderful and Peaceful Stay!

Wonderful and peaceful 4-day vacation. The place was clean, tidy, filled with all needed amenities, easily accessible and lovely lakeview from almost every window. We couldn't have asked for more. Great time and would visit again!

June week at ossipee

The view was spectacular & cabin had all we needed and was comfy. The review did say it was struggle getting down to lake - want to say I do not understand why a railing is not on the board we had to walk down. It felt dangerous and I so wished there was a dock so we could get some sun. Again the view is priceless but there was not a way to warm in the sun with all the trees. We loved walking around the wooded lake but would not stay again as my desire was to lay in the sun for a week. If you do not need this- it’s a gorgeous space to relax

Great Place To Relax & Unwind.....

Really wonderful rental loaded with amenities. Bring your Firestick/Chromecast if you want something to watch after a day in the lake, which is feet away! Literally! Wonderful views, multiple spots to relax, and close to things to do like North Conway and Mount Washington. Fully loaded kitchen, comfortable living/dining spaces, and quiet surroundings. Would very much stay again.

Lakeview Cottage

We had the best time here! It was perfect. The screened in porch on the lakeside of the house, was so amazing and peaceful in the morning and perfect for hanging out at night. There were tons of clean linens and plenty of pillows and blankets. We had a one year old, five year old, 16 year old and a 20 year old; everyone loved it. The husbands couldn't get over how well the property was kept!! We will be back for sure!!

Great stay.

The house was great enough room for 7 of us, 4 adults 2 preteens and 1 18 month old. The property was good but very sandy. Beds were all comfortable but sandy. We get being in the woods there would be bugs but tiny ants on the counter we could have done without. The orkin guy showed up while we were there which was good but he obviously didnt go inside but once he left there was just an excessive amount more of dead bugs everywhere. Water pressure was not good but do-able. Over all it was an amazing spot and we would rent again in the future. Thanks!

Great location but the house is tired.

The location is amazing and lake is stunning. However, the rental is tired. The furniture is worn and the kitchen not well stocked. The utensils, pots, pans and plate are old and worn. In addition, if there is food left on the counter for any period of time an army of ants will emerge. Upon turning on the ceiling fan we were showered with dust and dead bugs.
