This immersive space wraps you in textured sandstone walls, soft curves & organic shapes illuminated by the warm flicker of an electric fireplace, casting dancing shadows all night long. Located at the border of Southern Utah & Arizona (1 hr from Zion, 2 hrs to Page,AZ, Bryce Canyon, North Grand Canyon), our cave helps you disconnect from the norm to create an unforgettable experience in the heart of canyon country. NOTE: THIS PROPERTY IS BRAND NEW; we are still working on finishing outside landscaping, which is why pricing is set as a "trial period" price point. We ask guests to be understanding that this is a new unit and the outdoor features (paths, landscaping) are still being worked on. \*\*FYI: There is no bathroom inside this unit, guests are to use the custom built bathhouse 20-30 yards from the cave, central to the site.\*\* \---- The Space: ☆ Hand Sculpted Cave: Our cave is an experimental design that we dug into the ground, trust us you've never seen anything it! This is our 1st trial season so we are offering low prices in hopes that guests' are understanding of the hiccups that may happen as we learn through this process. The cave has a queen sized bed, an electric fireplace & a wall AC/Heater. Note: this unit does not have an attached bathroom or kitchen. ☆ WiFi Fiber Internet availabile in all communal areas of the site (grill stations, firepit, balconies, porch, hammocks, bathhouse) but NOT inside the unit (unplug, relax!! that's the goal) ☆ Located on site with 3 other glamping tents + a silo. All units are thoughtfully spaced 15-20 yards apart. This is the most secluded unit on site (which means you have complete privacy) and the furthest from the bathhouse, about 35 yards (1-2 minute walk). \---- The Details: • Step inside this one-of-a-kind cave where handcrafted stone walls create a space straight out of the Southwest’s past. The entryway iron door opens to a small entry stocked with fresh towels, board games & camping chairs. Down a few steps, you’ll find a queen-sized bed, dining area for two, a wall A/C, electric fireplace & a skylight for natural light and nighttime stars. • Note: This is a true cave stay — no WiFi, no TV, and some natural quirks. The communal bathhouse, firepit and grilling stations are just a short stroll down gravel paths, about 20-30 yards away. While there’s no private bathroom inside the cave, you’ll have full access to the communal bathhouse — uniquely built with 2 indoor slot canyon-inspired showers, 2 indoor toilets & 2 outdoor sinks located a short walk from your front door (about 30 yards, 1 minute walk) • The front porch is tucked around the cave with a private patio seating area & wood burning firepit, perfect for stargazing. It was so cute & cozy! AC & fireplace amenities made sure we stayed at the perfect temperature! The cave is situated a bit away from the other rentals, so we felt we had the perfect amount of privacy, yet still felt included! We had rain & it was so peaceful to hear it hitting the skylight. Definitely will stay again! Do know that this property has so much warmth all around. The cave is cozy and spacious, providing both A/C and heat. We actually barely used the A/C and didn’t need the heat as it felt perfect already. Lots of amenities are provided, offering options inside outside the cave, at the bathhouse, grilling stations, and even at the community fire pit. The host was welcoming and friendly, letting us know that she was always there if we ever needed anything. The cave has its own secluded area but still within walking distance of the other sections. We loved the personal touches with the western & native decor, the fireplace, the custom lights throughout, the patio/porch area - everything. It’s well lit and really does set you up to relax & let go. Taking in the fresh air and shooting stars was easy. We look forward to future stays and even bringing loved ones to stay beside us at their other builds. Their photos provided are accurate through and through.
