Very clean and within walking distance of all the downtown shops, the museum, theatre, restaurants, and more. Dog-friendly (a big plus!) and located in a VERY quiet neighbourhood. Communication with the property manager, Ashley, was excellent—she was very prompt and helpful whenever I had a question. The only downside for me was the thermostat control. We prefer a cooler bedroom at night, and the thermostat controlled the entire apartment. The photos were exactly what the apartment looks like – cozy, charming, clean with some nice personal décor touches. We were able to walk to shopping, restaurants and the local Saturday farmer’s market, all of which are very close. Excellent parking on a nice residential street – and the owners were very responsive to our questions. We hope to be back to Fredericton soon and we will definitely book here again – we have already been recommending it to friends! ##### Ann-Marie F. Staying in this spacious apartment which is perfectly situated close to DT made our stay much, much easier. This was our third stay at this particular VRBO. ##### Mark T. Ideal for most visits to Fredericton. We stayed over 5 days each time. For those traveling with an EV there is a charge station 500m away at the end of Saunders street. ##### Mark T.
