At one time it was probably a nice place with the center court with the pool and oases theme. The bathroom had mold by the tub and floor, the railing on our balcony was ready to fall off, only one vending machinein the place, out of order. The carpet on the floor was discusting. A good clean wouldnt have hurt. The room did have a fridge and microwave which a lot of hotels are removing theses days. Wouldnt recommended for a family.

The rooms certainly need updating. Many of the walls in our room had marks on them, and the walls in the bathroom had dirty spattered on them. The corner of the box spring was torn apart. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke when we first arrived. There were no towels available when we went to the pool area, so we had to use our own, which was one for the entire stay. The bathroom was dirty, the shower curtain should have been changed. We wish there was breakfast included with our stay. We wish the bar in the pool area was open.

Very disappointed in our stay. There was sketchy individuals which made ourselves and the children uncomfortable as the followed you around and spoke nonsense. Our smoke free room had a very strong odor of smoke. The property is becoming very rundown. Woke up at 5am to the smell of Marijuana coming in the room through the vent. We have been staying there for many years for our Easter holidays and this will be our last.

Locked out of room. Keypad stopped working. Luckily we had adjoining rooms and the room next door was open. Pool deck was gross, hair all over and in pool. Hair in bathtub. Rooms need upkeep.

Very easy to get to off of highway although balcony rooms are very noisy as pool does not close until 10pm and noise vibrates through to rooms in volumn. Left a bag behind and it was not found by housekeeping although it was left in room Very disappointing as it was all of my Grand daughters Birthday gifts

We liked that it had a pool and hot tub. We did not like that the hot tub's water was green and dirty and the pool was dirty. Security in the place was non existant, my daughters had a man follow them around. My son had multiple people that were on drugs, confronting him and constantly trying to talk to him when he didn't want it. Drug addicts on drugs in and around the hotel. Bed sheets were stained and dirty. Did not get any clean towels. We like it was in a good location to get in and out of the area. The area is not the nicest area. Staff seemed friendly sometimes. One morning a manager knocked on our door early in the morning, I was half asleep. She knocked once and then quickly swiped her card and came in the room. When she noticed we were still in there she left. She might have been trying to steal from us. We did not have a good experience at all.

We enjoyed the stay courtyard food was amazingly good i give them a 10 star AMAZING FOOD. But there was a few things that could of been better out room was somewhat clean, until i spotted blood or some kind of red stain on the showet curtains, then i found previously passangers clothes just laying on the ground. There was a huge racket on the friday night but that was not the motel fault as i think someone got to drunk. Other then that we enjoyed our stay.

The ONLY stars are for The restaurant on the grounds..it was great for diner. Staff was lovely. The hotel room it self was awful. Was hoping for a nice stay-cation with my mother (while she was here from ontario) and daughter.. stained walls.. watwr damage.. tiles lifted, bathroom was disgusting.... linen on one of the beds had smudges to match whatever was on the walls.. chair had white stains on frabric......they lasted minutes in the pool.. slimmy... With bubbles coming to the surface. .. along with discolouration of water. Wasted money for a room that was something no one shouls pay for...

It was disgustingly dirty with black mold in the bathroom. Garbage from previous guests in room. Bedskirt ripped and tore. Hallway reaked if weed the whole day and night. I think there are some people living there??? Never again!!! Very outdated. Used to be such a nice property years ago. Needs a serious makeover!!!

The property needs alot of renovations. There was rust and water damage in the bathroom. Wall paper was peeling, cracks etc. I found the room not very clean. Hasnt been wiped down in awhile, floors not vaccumed properly. The beds were very uncomfortable, sunk in the middle. I wont be staying at this location again.

The front desk staff at check in was rude and unhelpful. My bathroom sink was cracked and the shower burnt you unless you kept one hand on the handle the whole time. I was shocked to see carpeting in the room, absolutely disgusting. The “balcony with courtyard view” is misleading. It’s really unusable as all you can smell when you open the door are the pool chemicals. The whole stay was a horrible experience, ending with a fire alarm at 6am.

The room was not clean the bathroom had a dirty floor behind the door. The carpet wasn't very clean at all. I told the front desk to not bill my credit card I called in with I had a different method of payment when checking out. No they billed the wrong card. It was very inconvenient and I was to tired to bother complaining at 12:30 am after coming from the airport. Unfortunately I will not return. 😔
