We are so sorry that happened on your stay, we apologize for the inconvenience. The reason why we lost power was because there was a car accident in Oromocto area and NB Power was fixing the problem.

Thank You for your feedback, i am happy to let you know that we are doing upgrades to the hotel, we are removing some carpets in the rooms to put laminate flooring. I do agree that the entire hotel needs upgrade, but as well that takes time. We are doing baby steps with the updating the hotel and since you notices this hotel is an old building, the hotel building it is almost 20 years old, so doing an upgrade one day to another it is impossible, but we are trying to do our best for our guests to feel comfortable enough here at the Days Inn :) We appreciate your honesty and due to the vending machine coke, that will be with the Coca-Cola Company, the are the ones who provide those machines to us, we will be mentioning that to them as well so they can be aware of the guest recommendation. Thank You for your feedback. Yes the hotel is about 19 years old. We are going to make some renovations but we can not closed the property for 2 years to do the renovations that we loved to do, and thats why we are doing it little by little. We are going to have a new elevator and as well all the floors instead of carpet floors will be now Laminated floors. But all those changes required time as well. About the staff, we know which staff you are talking about and I do apologized for it. We have a lot of international staff and sometimes that's how they are and we can just tell them to change behavior but sometimes that's their personality, but we still are working on that as well. Not all staff are like that, in fact we are having good reviews of staff been friendly. Please accept our apologized for the inconvenience of your stay

Thank you for the feedback. We are sorry that you were quoted the wrong amount but that is an Expedia Problem since you booked through them we only received the reservation details thats all. That weekend, there was hockey teams, and we were full house we did the best we can do but we can not control every kid that are running when parents did not even listen to our staff, we try out best but yet problem is that the kids listen more to the parents that the staff. Even tho they all signed a rules contract and they still dont care.

Thank you for your feedback, and I do apologized that you haven't had a good experience due to the hockey teams that we have in the hotel this moment, we try our best to talk to their parents and they have sign a team rules that they should obey, we talked to each parents but as well we cant control all the teams sometime they don't even listen to us but they do have warning and they know that if there is one more complain they team will be banned from the hotel and police will get involved, so hopefully this time they are more calm down knowing this information. I do apologize again for the inconvenience.
