Nice hotel! Clean! And the first hotel with a big shower. Big wow! The only things a didn't like you still have some rug in the place. Not good for allergies. Nice dinning place and clean@

The hotel was booked to capacity with several youth sports teams and families. Despite how busy it was, the common areas were clean, including the breakfast room. While it was obvious the staff were overwhelmed with keeping an eye on all of the young people roaming around, they remained professional and stayed on top of things.

The room was very spacious and clean ! We booked the king bed suit with a pull out couch / living room in another room. It was perfect for our needs.

I don’t suggest staying in this hotel or any other during hockey tournament season. The families and children literally take over the entire hotel. It’s like no one else exists. The parents are pushy and entitled and the kids ran up and down the halls until 10pm then started up again in the morning. Slamming doors, screaming, and pounding feet were the norm. I came to the area to take care of my daughter at college who’d been ill. Resting was not possible. Perhaps the hockey families need to be on the bottom two floors with the general public up above? Also, you can’t even get near the pool or walk through the lobby due to the inundation of kids. BTW I like kids-I’ve raised 3 and I’m a teacher. I never let them run around a hotel like they owned the place. There was no sense to get breakfast either. I just feel like it was a subpar experience and I paid plenty of money for a restful place which was beyond stressful.

Stayed for new years with my daughter, niece and nephew. They loved the pool. The room was excellent size. The staff were all friendly and their breakfast was delicious. Kids wanted a pop from vending machine but I didn’t have cash. No problem they had pop and snacks and other things available for purchase at front desk so there was happy kids and happy me. We were just a short drive from many stores and restaurants so it was easy to get supper and snacks. We will definitely be back.

We stayed there due to our daughter having a baby near by. The host behind the counter Sarah was such a lovely person. So gracious and kind and showed such interest in our new grand daughter. The facility was clean and a great breakfast. Always love staying there.

The heater in the bedroom didnt work at all, i found popcorn in the couch, the windows in the bedroom did not close all the way so there was a terrible draft all night.

Overall the stay was very nice. The staff were friendly and the room was great. The dining room was very very crowded at breakfast and it made it a little stressful. We chose this hotel because it looked like it had a nice pool and hot tub however they closed both of those about an hour early and we were unable to use them which was pretty disappointing.

The location was great for getting access not only to the Harvest Music Festival but other amenities...rental car...restaurants...walking! Breakfast provided...great pool and hot tub...service was friendly and helpful!! Thank you!!
