This beautiful guest suite comes with a big full kitchen, new appliances, an indoor dining space, and a living area. The suite is the best place for you and your loved ones to enjoy a family game night, enjoy the collection of travel books or just a casual wine night to dream about your next adventure! At this home, you will enjoy an evening of relaxation in your own private hot tub or unwind and relax after a long day of exploring Fredericksburg with a glass of wine by one of the fantastic firepits in the courtyard. The Wanderlust has available for you excellent amenities located in the outdoor shared space, which has a charcoal grill, picnic tables, covered pavilion, and multiple fire pits. • Please note that the four-plex house is divided into four suites and the shared courtyard area is between them. Outdoor amenities such as a grill, tables, and fire pits are shared by other guests. • Each suite has its private hot tub, secluded and away from the shared courtyard. \*Charcoal is not provided • Each suite has private covered parking. Guest Access: ✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction).
