#### The Tank House is very nice
The property is very nicely kept and clean. Every morning there were several deer feeding right outside our door which was fun to see. The property was quiet and peaceful during our entire three-day stay.

#### Such an awesome house perfect getaway and close to town!
We love this property perfect for a getaway! Everything was clean and we had all that we need for our weekend. The deer will visit in the evening and early in the morning. The owners were excellent host, quick to respond to our questions and they own a local party place that you will want to spend your whole night at!

Fantastic spot for a short wine getaway! Private and unique, the interior is well appointed with just what you need for quick bites between dining out. The bed and linens were super comfortable. The three levels made it feel like there was plenty of space and privacy for the two of us. Directions and entry were very clear . We had no issues, so no need to contact the host. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Rockhouse and loved the decor and setting. I would not recommend this particular bnb for anyone who has difficult with stairs or has any mobility issues, but we enjoyed the spiral stairway and separate sleeping quarters. I like the mini splits and was comfortable with a wide range of temperatures during our stay ( from 86 degrees to 21 degrees)

The property was nice. The King bed was extremely comfortable. The spiral staircase was very narrow and a bit tricky to navigate, therefore all of our luggage was left downstairs. Some suggestions for improvements would be to include Netflix/Hulu, non-powder coffee creamer, storage for clothes.

#### Delightful Stone Building Convenient to Town
This little tank house, refurbished as a guest house, is a true gem! Located just moments from Fredericksburg, it is close enough to be convenient but out away from the crowds. It is tastefully appointed and has comfortable furniture inside and out on the porch. There are basics in the kitchen (we missed having bowls, though) to include silverware, plates, glasses, mugs, a coffee maker, toaster, hot plate, small refrigerator, and mini microwave. The bathroom has an incredible shower, and the bedroom up the spiral staircase has an extremely comfortable bed.

#### Lovely Stay
The Rockhouse is a great little place. It was really clean and decorated well. It's close to town but feels relaxed and chill. Just a few things to mention (that didn't take away from the stay), the bedroom is upstairs and is accessed by a narrow spiral staircase. The kitchen is cute and has a nice dining table but really only has a microwave and a hotplate. Overall a great stay!

#### Great location, very unique.
The place is very nice, clean, and incredibly unique. Exactly what my wife and I were looking for. There were a few I think i think the next customer should know. This 3 story building is for the fit and trim only. The spiral staircase is only about 18" wide and a bit cumbersome trying to carry a bag up it. The bathroom is wide open to the kitchen and living room areas. Only a sliding barn door can close off the living room. The extra matress pad on the bed upstairs was way way to soft for us Neither of us slept 10 minutes straight the first night. We almost didn't stay for the 2nd. we decided to take the sheets off, removed the pad and the bed was just fine. Not sure the purpose of the extra topper pad. Everything else was super cute and relaxing and quiet. We just needed a few minor adjustments. I would.not suggest this house for the elderly or out of shape vacationer. Just my opinion.

The Tank House was the perfect culmination of our 30th Anniversary road trip. We were very pleasantly surprised by the large covered porch with views of the hill country. The finishes are fantastic. Although, it is located outside of downtown it is literally just a 2 to 3 minute drive to the center of Fredericksburg. This is a perfect place for a couple needing a weekend getaway. Two points to consider if you are staying longer. First, the bathroom and bedroom are on different floors, so if you get up in the middle of the night you need to navigate the spiral staircase. Second, the kitchen is really just a kitchenette perfect for coffee and a quick reheat of leftovers, if you are planning to cook you might be frustrated. I share this for information only, we obviously thought it was the perfect place for us and for the culmination of our Texas Road Trip.

#### Quaint and Romantic Getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was unique in structure but comfortable. It was spotless as well. Communication from property owner was easy to follow and welcoming. We loved being secluded but still just 2 miles from town.

#### Charming Getaway in Fredericksburg
We loved the property and wished we could of stayed longer. It was so charming and the of the views of the grounds were beautiful. Danielle was so helpful. We will definitely be coming back!!

Can’t say enough about how great this property is! The location is amazing and there is plenty of space for a large group. The owner was so accommodating and easy to communicate with. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Fredericksburg
