The Villa has 12 bedrooms & 12.5 bathrooms. 4 Domes provide 4 extra king suites for a total of 16 bedrooms. There’s a (heated) salt water pool & hot tub, outdoor gym, office, banquet room/conference room, Foosball table, pool table, Jumbo Jenga, and Cornhole. Enjoy the sunken firepit area within the pool while sipping some local wine. Walk To Michael Ros Winery for food and great Texas-made wine. Checkout the only listing with a perfect rating. We are off the 290 wine trail. You turn on Old San Antonio Rd and we are only a mile away from 290\. You enter down a long winding driveway between The Michael Ros Winery and Vale Ranch with longhorns. There’s space for about 50+ vehicles. You enter with a unique code to the door’s keypad. Don’t use Waze. There’s 10 bedrooms with king cooling gel memory foam beds with en-suite restrooms with showers. You can even lock up your room with a code that will be provided. There’s a bonus semi attached king bedroom with a mini split and sink. Theres a bunk bed room with a triple full bunk bed and a triple twin bunk bed, Nintendo switch and bean bags chairs to play video games. There’s a bathroom with a claw foot tub and a half bathroom. This listing includes 4 more private domes/bubbles on the 33 acres with a bathroom/shower, king bed, custom hammock in the deck, hot tub, and fire pit. There’s dining seating for up to 44 in the banquet room, 8 at the kitchen island and 8 at the pool table that converts to benches and a dining table. Open your Sonos App and connect to Bluetooth to enjoy the interior and exterior sound system. There’s even a large business center with computers, printer, scanner and ink. The backyard is an entertainer’s dream. There’s a salt water pool and hot tub with a basketball hoop and child life vests available. There’s a fooseball table, Jumbo Jenga and cornhole. There’s an outdoor see through propane fireplace and grill. Enjoy the sunken firepit area within the pool while sipping some local wine. Take the trail to the circuit gym with an elliptical, pull up and dip bar. We have a mile of private road for nice runs and walks. If you’re patient and quiet you will see White Tail Deer, Axis Deer, Jackrabbits, Foxes, Hawks, Armadillos, Raccoons, Longhorns, and all types of other birds. This description and pictures won’t do this home any justice so you will have to come see it for yourself. Ask for a showing. Uber and Lyft are available. We built this home in the middle of Nature and you may see critters like Scorpions, Wasps, Bees, and Black Widow Spiders. Snakes while never seen could be a possibility. Yes. The price is a 4 night minimum stay and $20/guest/night after 16 guests. We can waive the 4 night minimum when you book less than 3 months away from the wedding date. For example, if you want a wedding in 30 days, we could reduce nightly minimum to 1 night. If you book and the wedding is less than 2 months away, we reduce to a 2 night stay. If the wedding is less than 3 months away, we can reduce the nightly minimum stay to 3 nights. Event fee includes, up to 100 white folding chairs with 6 foot round white folding tables that sit 10 people each (no table linens) , engagement/wedding invite photo location, margarita machine, vendor list and virtual Photo Booth. All other add ons are extra. CAN I CHECK IN EARLY? It depends. Go to our calendar and see if the night before you is still available, if it is still available, then, there is a chance that you can check in as early as you want since there is no check out. Before asking me, refer to the calendar. However, we do have last minute check-ins so an early check-in cannot be guaranteed unless you purchase the night before. If early check-in is available, it will be $50 an hour. Standard check-in time is 4 PM. CAN I CHECK OUT LATE? It depends. Check the calendar and if the date is available on the date you check out then you can check out at any time. However, I do have last-minute check-ins, so we cannot guarantee a late check out. Regardless, we can usually provide 1 to 2 hours of a late check out even if there is a 4 PM check-in unless the guests checking in have already reserved and purchased an early check-in. It would be $50 an hour and standard check out is 10 AM.
