At first we thought the A/C wasn’t working well until we realized that the fireplace was on, we did not turn it on and could not find the knob to turn it off. We texted and no reply, luckily we were able to find it soon after. The mosquitoes were terrible so the jacuzzi time was limited(the jacuzzi is also on the front porch so everyone can see you when they are walking to their car or rooms). Parking was tight.
