Guest Access: ✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). It worked perfectly for our purposes and we were pleasantly surprised by the seat in the walk in shower. It was also easy to park and pull up close to the unit to get my grandma in and out of the car. The location is great- the younger people on the trip were able to walk to Main Street easily and we also drove to Enchanted rock which was about 20 minutes away. Interior is beautiful and clean- looks just like the pictures. The hot tub was a big plus!! The management team was perfect, they reached out a few times to make sure we had everything we needed. We did not realize the AC could not go lower than 73 as a rule, so if you prefer cooler keep that in mind. Overall a great stay and we will definitely stay here again! ##### Leslie R. It was the perfect setup, cutely decorated, and super clean. It was an easy walk to main st and simple/designated parking. The rooms are a great size, too. I would 100% stay here again! My only “complaints”, if you can even call them that, are: I wish there had been kitchen hand/tea towels (we used way too many paper towels), the cookware was also a little light (we planned to cook breakfast but couldn’t find a casserole dish), and there was a used bar of soap left in my sisters bathroom. That said, that’s being pretty picky. This place was spotless otherwise with comfy beds and nicer linens than some others I’ve stayed in. Definitely recommend this spot! ##### Brittany S. It was close to restaurants and shops making it easy to pop back in for a rest. The best part for me was the accessibility features. I use a walker and this house was perfect for me. From the designated parking, wide doorways, open living.kitchen area to grab bars and seat in the shower it had it all. We will definitely book here again. ##### Tina T.
