Pretty clean and the beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed the kitchen having a variety of pots and pans that we needed and the water and pop was an awesome touch in the fridge! Only things we noted was that some of the blankets in the front bedroom didn't look really washed and smelled like propane. The house was great, the host already had supplies from toothbrushes to bottled water, which was an amazing benefit. The home was very clean, she even sent the plumber over immediately to check the water pressure, unfortunately that is the water pressure we got. The only downfall is it is located on a major route with a lot of traffic. It was easy enough to get in and out after the first time. The noise from the traffic was loud, but that was disclosed from the beginning. The upside to being on a major route was it was easy to get around and to the attractions in Fredericksburg.
