Originally designed with banking operations on the ground floor and the bank owner’s residence above, the building still radiates historic charm while offering all the comforts of modern luxury. The Space: Step inside to a spacious and elegantly decorated suite that blends timeless character with high-end finishes. The living room overlooks bustling Main Street, making it the perfect place to relax or enjoy a board game with family and friends. The full kitchen is outfitted with top-notch appliances, a counter with barstool seating, and a dining area for shared meals. The first bedroom features a plush king bed, while the second offers two luxurious queen beds—each with its own beautifully designed en suite bathroom boasting a stunning walk-in shower. Step outside onto the rooftop deck, complete with cozy outdoor furniture—an ideal setting to sip local wine, play games, or enjoy a front-row seat to one of Fredericksburg’s famous parades.
