This home is artfully decorated in a welcoming country/southwestern style that invites you to relax and enjoy the company of good friends and family. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious, open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area - perfect for spending time together. There's plenty of comfortable seating with a large couch and two leather accent chairs, giving everyone room to spread out and unwind. The living room features a 44-inch Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen features a full-size refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, and generous counter space for meal prep if you choose to dine in. The dining table seats six, with room for three more at the bar - or take your meal outside and enjoy the fresh air at the large table under the big oak tree. Outside, you'll find a relaxing space to wind down in the evenings. I enjoyed all the fall decorations, especially the 20 plus pumpkins on the front porch🎃 There was an awesome fire pit that was available, so we did s'mores one night and enjoyed the night sky that showed all the beautiful stars⭐️ There was a lot of space in the house, plenty of room for all 8 of us! Not only was the place spotless when we arrived but they had a welcome basket waiting for us! We did s'mores in the backyard one night with the awesome fire pit and plenty of firewood for us to use. It was minutes from Main Street and it was a short walk and an even shorter drive. The hosts were available the whole time for any questions or suggestions we needed! We went during October and the house was decorated with amazing fall decor which was perfect for pictures! The Neighborhood was nice and quite and I felt safe the entire time. It was cold, so we enjoyed the back patio and fire. We enjoyed walking and shopping downtown Fredericksburg, went to a winery and ate lots of German food. We also made several trips to the local H-E-B store, everything was convenient and the home was even better than the pictures. The neighborhood and house were nice and it was perfect for the type of weekend we were looking for.
