This means there is an open, outdoor walk way between the living room & the bedrooms. You would walk out onto the walkway to get to each room. The bathrooms are inside and connected to each bedroom. House Rules as Required by the City of Fredericksburg's Short Term Rental Ordinance \- Observe the City of Fredericksburg Quiet Hours (10pm to 7am in residential zones). No music of any kind after 10 pm. \- The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. Better, actually. I was pleasantly surprised that there was so much storage space. I was nervous about that since it was a small house. The main bedroom closet was huge for laying out all of our things, and there were lots of places to hang and lay out toiletries, etc. I have such anxiety about leaving stuff behind in drawers and cabinets, this was super helpful. The beds were super comfy, bathrooms stocked with plenty of towels and basic toiletries, pans in the kitchen were not scratched (don't use metal on nonstick, people. Let's keep these nice). The location was perfect. Easy to find, and in the heart of everything. We can't wait to come back. Only heads up that people might want to consider. There are three separate doors to enter each space along the breezeway. I thought it was cool, but sometimes entering the codes going back and forth got to be a bit much. I did love that each bedroom had a lounge space and TV with cable, but if you forget something in the main space, you have to go outside and enter codes to go back and forth. I also had a little anxiety about remember to lock everything back up. Not a dealbreaker for me, because the company was so professional, but it may be for someone else with families or travelers with mobility issues. Thank you for the wonderful stay! ##### Charisa B.
