Located just minutes from the heart of Fredericksburg, it offers an open-concept dining, living, and kitchen area filled with natural light throughout the day. Enjoy your stay in this tucked-away getaway that blends modern design with Texas charm. The Space: The house mirrors itself in formation. Two bedrooms each quipped with an ensuite bathroom including access to a private outdoor shower. Both bedrooms have patios that connect to the outdoor fire pit. Meet in the open concept living room and dining area for some group quality time. The kitchenette has kitchen basics excluding an oven or stove top. Guest Access: Guests have full access to house (minus one locked closet), outdoor spaces and private driveway. The owner lives on the backside of the property. Please do not venture over to their property for their privacy. Please note that this unit has only a small kitchenette. There is a microwave in the kitchenette area. Please ensure the microwave door is fully shut in order for the microwave to work properly. The home is a water well property and with the extreme heat and current drought the pressure is low. Please be mindful of your water use and help us make efforts to conserve. It is best to shower one at a time as the well may not be able to sustain multiple locations all at once. HVAC Rules: Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. It is only a short drive into town. There is only a kitchenette, small refrigerator and no stove, but we were on vacation and didn't want to cook anyway.
