The cleanliness was fine. It could use extra wine glasses and other kitchen items, but we managed. We did find it odd that shampoo and body wash was supplied but not conditioner, everyone uses conditioner. The couch in the living room clearly needs to be replaced and better pillows on the bed would be good too. Honestly, these are small things to mention but when you say you have everything for a perfect stay, then you should have everything.
