The Space: Pop-3 Studio | King Bed | Flat Screen TV | Coffee Bar | Hot Tub The open layout of the cottage features a king bed with luxury bedding, flat-screen television, and all the necessary amenities for a convenient stay, including a Keurig, microwave, and mini fridge. The bathroom features an exquisitely tiled spacious walk-in shower with a built-in shower bench. Located minutes from the heart of downtown Fredericksburg, this cottage is the perfect escape for those looking for comfort, convenience, and relaxation. Rent the entire property to accommodate a group of up to 26\. In addition to Poplar Place Pop-3, the property consists of the Main House (4/2), Mod (3/3), Q (1/1), Soho (1/1), and Pop 1,2,& 4 all (1/1) units. The shower head screen filter was stopped up. I’m a general contractor so i kinda knew what the problem was. The last night we came back to the room early and was going to enjoy the hot tub which was the reason we picked this place but the strong odor of weed from one of the spaces to the north was overwhelming.
