For decor purposes only, do not use during your stay. Restrictions: NO open fires/burning and NO smoking. As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are NOT permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. You are welcome to use Gas fire pits and BBQ grills, if applicable. For charcoal grills, please leave all hot coals in the grill to cool completely, we will handle proper disposal. Please review the property listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill available, if applicable. If it is discovered that the fire pits/chimineas/outdoor fireplaces were used or wood was burned during your stay, a fine starting at $100 will be applied. This is a serious fire safety issue, and we kindly ask that you comply with all city-mandated regulations. Thank you for your understanding! Please know, for this area fencing is prohibited. Due to this, there is no privacy fencing. There is also 3 security cameras facing the street, the driveway area and the back door. None facing the pavillion or hot tub area. Guest Access: Guests will have access to the house, outdoor area and covered carport. Guests will access the house with a keypad. The Neighborhood: Quiet and safe neighborhood. Please know, for this area fencing is prohibited. Due to this, there is no privacy fencing. Getting Around: White Oak Haus is nestled between main street and all your favorite winery destinations on Hwy 290\. This house is 3.4 miles from Downtown Fredericksburg. We do offer Luxury Private Transportation Services, please reach out to us directly for details and scheduling! Other Things to Note: \- This property is not pet friendly. \- This property is not suitable for children/infants, must be 18 years or older. \- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments. \- NO smoking allowed. \- There is a stray cat in the area, often referred to as the "neighborhood cat" by locals. This cat roams around the neighborhood and may make an appearance during your stay. Please do not feed the cat.
