Located within .5 mile from Main street, the neighborhood is beautiful and walkable. Even with no sidewalks, the streets are very wide and we got our pre-shopping/pre-winery steps in walking up and down the streets admiring all the beautiful homes. When it drizzled, am Uber was only about$5, depending on the hour. Beds were comfy and the home is well appointed with everything you need (bring your own toilet paper if you want the good stuff). The hot tub was a perfect end to our day. We didn't find an iron or ironing board, but it didn't ruin our stay - just be aware if you might need one for yourself. ##### Stella S. My wife and daughter (a Nurse) arrived at the house and we all thought "small house". Well surprise, surprise it was quite the opposite inside. We only used a 1/4 of the house. We were in Austin for a comedy show then drove in for some more downtime in Fredericksburg. After shop walking and spending we came to this cool un assuming house. Kitchen was over the top cool stove and island combination. Eating area my style with bench chair combination. The only creepy thing was the tall center of the window.(horror movie creepy). After playing cards provided and looking at the other games we turned in but not before taking showers in the overly spacious bathrooms. Large free standing tub and the shower on both bathrooms were spacious. This will be on our return list during our visit to the neighboring cities. Ok so im long winded great place...... The home is in great location- just a short drive to Main Street-which made exploring the area super convenient. The house was comfortable and plenty of space for our group. A couple of small suggestions: it would be helpful to have more cups and glasses available, especially since the home accommodates up to 10priple. The house was impeccably clean and well-organized, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. The appliances were top-notch, adding a touch of luxury to our experience. The bathrooms were absolutely amazing, offering a spa-like atmosphere that made our stay even more enjoyable. The only downfall was the limited hand soap in the bathrooms. I found the small soap on day two, but I would recommend having liquid hand soap in the bathroom. Poor maintenance: remote controls with no batteries, bathroom shower door doesn’t close, peddle on trashcan was broken, dishwasher didn’t work. Lastly, very poor communication.
