There is a brand new, very comfortable sofa sleeper in the living room. Perfect for group getaways or family vacations. Located just a few blocks from Main Street. A 7% City of Fredericksburg hotel tax is included in the nightly rate. Honestly, some of my favorite highlights of trip happened in the game room playing ping-pong and pool with the family and while it was too rainy to sit around the fire-pit under the string lights at night, we made up for it by hanging out on the screened in porch in the mornings, listening to the birds while drinking our coffee. This home was absolutely perfect. The kitchen was spacious and great for cooking and serving, which was a must for us. Each couple had their own room, and the whole house had plenty of space to spread out. Everything was clean, the beds were super comfortable, and the location—just minutes from Main Street—made it easy to enjoy some shopping and fun while we were in town.The host was fantastic—very responsive before our stay, and the check-in process was seamless. There was even an instruction book in the kitchen that answered most of our questions. We had a small issue when we first arrived, but Tim was there within 20 minutes and had it fixed right away—great customer service.If I had to give one small suggestion, it would be to update the pots and pans and maybe offer a few more options for folks who love to cook, like we do. That said, for those who prefer DoorDash, it’s definitely not a deal breaker. The home has been beautifully updated, and it felt like the perfect home base for our trip.
