Newly renovated, no expense spared, with granite counter tops, stone and wood floors though out. Beautifully designed spaces prepared to meet your every need. Furnished by two of our favorite stores here in Fredericksburg. We are 1/2 a block from downtown Marketplatz, Main Street shops, and restaurants, in the middle of the historic district. “🤩🤩Please remember courtyard is shared🤩🤩.” Upon arrival, you'll be greeted with cucumber water and a snack, but first you'll get a personal and complete tour of the house by a staff member who can answer any questions you may have. There are three 50in Tv's, one tucked away and well hidden in a custom built tv lift cabinet, among other modern amenities that will be available to our guests. If it's one couple or two, each will get the opportunity to choose your room where you will find monogrammed robs, slippers, lighted make-up mirror and much more. The top of the line furnishings and accessories seen in the house can be ordered from the affiliated stores located in town, they do ship as well. Please remember we are center of down town, but one block off-so you hear no road noise 😊 If you want extra's, not a problem: you ask and we will get it for your, SURPRISE : Bottle of champagne, hand squeezed orange juice, cucumber water and firelog for the outside fireplace is standard with our stay. Photos and descriptions were as advertised, and proximity to all that downtown Fredericksburg has to offer was amazing. We were less than 2 blocks from Main Street, so we were close enough, but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. The house was great. It’s a 100 year old house that’s been updated, while still maintaining its original spirit and feel. The bed was super comfortable, and we rested exceptionally well. I cannot say enough positive things about this place. My wife and I would stay here again without hesitation. ##### Matthew A. It was the perfect location! Not too far away, everything was within walking distance. There is a gorgeous courtyard and a hot tub perfect for relaxing. Carolyn is amazing and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. ##### Brittney F. The outdoor fireplace is a great way to spend the evening and the host put in those extra touches that are really great like a firestarter log, soaps/shampoos/extra towels, and the like. We weren't able to use the hottub during our stay but it looked great. For two couples I don't know if there's a better option in Fredericksburg; close to everything, room to stretch out in the rental, really nice large bedrooms, a great semi-private outdoor space (shared with the adjoining rental), and an attentive host. :) ##### Chris B. Girl’s weekend… perfect location. Very responsive and kind owner who left us a lovely charcuterie board and mimosas for a welcome gift. Nice comfy beds.
